• Fideuà de Marisco: tradiční valencijský pokrm podobný paelle, ale s krátkými těstovinami místo rýže, mořské plody, aioli, citron, připravená ve speciální velké pánvi

In this special weekend course, together with Martin Škoda, you will be transported to sun-drenched Spain, where food is all about sharing, flavor, and relaxation. Part of the preparation will take place outdoors, part indoors, but always in the rhythm of the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Martin has prepared a menu full of authentic Spanish dishes, perfect for a summer feast with friends. You will learn how to make irresistible and refreshing gazpacho, an original Spanish burger, work with seafood, prepare the iconic fideuà… and, of course, there will be grilled fruit and a light yogurt cream as a sweet finale.
